Lux Beauty Bar Cancellation Policy

At Liux Beauty Bar, we strive to provide the highest quality beauty services to our valued clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We respect your time and ours, and that’s why we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellation: We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make adjustments to our schedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2. No-Show and Late Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be applied on your next booking. This fee is intended to offset the time and resources that were reserved for your appointment.
3. Multiple Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments. We want to ensure that our clients have fair access to our services, and this policy helps us manage our schedule more effectively.
4. Appointment Modifications: If you need to modify your appointment time or date, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
5. Booking Deposits: For certain high-demand services or appointments requiring an extensive duration, we may require a booking deposit. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost and will be forfeited in case of late cancellation or no-show.
